The love of art has been part of my whole life, from early childhood through my formal training at the DuCret School of Fine Art, to my successful career as a commercial artist.
Over time I was drawn from commercial art to creating portraits in oils and watercolors, my two favorite mediums. I then combined my art with my love for animals and began to create custom animal portraits.
I prefer to meet with clients and their pet to take photographs. This allows me to work with the client to get the perfect pose and be able to add the animal’s personality to the portrait.
